Volo Aero MRO started out over 10 years ago as a company aiming to be a little bit different. Providing a service on tier 3 and 4 parts to the civil and military markets, with transparency, our goal was to perform brilliant machining solutions one part at a time.
Starting with a team of 3 people and just FAA approval we have grown into a company with nearly 20 employees serving military customers such as Rolls Royce and Pratt and Whitney, Civil OEM’s, Global MRO’s, Airlines and large asset managers.
With our growth we have changed and adapted with the market and what our customers have asked for, but staying true to our initial values of honesty, transparency and desire to be a company you would want to deal with.
Its not been a straight line journey and not without its bumps and challenges along the way. Which takes us to the present day. We find ourselves in a market with a sever capacity constraints and significant demand, along with increased compliance requirements. We are growing as fast and safely as we can, we know we can improve and we will continue to work hard every day to do just that, as we believe our customers deserve better.
