As we head into the last quarter of 2026 Volo Aero MRO is preparing for the next increase in capabilities. We are awaiting the delivery of our Magnetic Particle Inspection bench (MPI), this NDT process will expand our capabilities for NDT.
MPI is used extensively on the nuts for the CFM56 and V2500 product lines as well as required on the V2500 gears which we currently support.
The addition of this capability will require a change in our FAA approvals and op specs as well as additional training and certifications for our NDT department. The result for our customers will be a reduction in turn time of at least 5 days in the standard overhaul time.
