As a Rolls Royce T56 Authorized Repair Facility (ARF), we have extensive repair capability covering over 70 different parts for the RR 501 D-22 engine. Ranging from gear repairs to compressor and turbine wheels down to engine hardware components. We offer a cost effective solution to our customers to reduce the cost of their engine overhauls.
ITAR registered and with the systems in place to meet the CMMC level 3 requirements we provide essential services to the military market.
In addition to our capabilities on the Rolls Royce T56 / 501-D22 we support additional programs on Pratt and Whitney F-100, Rolls Royce AE1107, and LRU components for Collins Aerospace.
As an FAA and EASA certified repair facility with AS9110:C certification, Volo Aero MRO has historically supported the repair of components for accessories on Hamilton products. With extensive experience in the application and machining of coatings such as plasma, HVOF and chrome to tight tolerances.
As part of our growth and expansion we have added additional 4 axis machining capabilities and large diameter grinding which has enabled us to develop repair capabilities on more complex housings and larger rings. This has resulted in our addition of repairs on honeycomb rings as well as bushing and liner repairs.

We provide business consulting services in the area of aerospace MRO: providing performance improvement and implementation strategies to enable organizational change and improvements.
These services have been provided to MRO’s from single facility repair shops on piece parts, to large civil engine overhaul shops and multi site operations.
