As part of our growth we are constantly improving and upgrading our in-house capabilities, with decisions driven by our customers. We have improved our cleaning capabilities by moving to more environmentally friendly aqueous wash systems. Our grinding capabilities have been improved by the addition of NC controlled universal grinders as well as large capacity vertical grinder.
As part of the improvements to raise our quality levels we have doubled the number of calibrated tooling and added a DCC controlled Aberlink CMM.
Our ability to perform deburring and blending has been significantly improved with the adoption of systems commonly used in the jewelry industry. Enabling more efficient and accurate blending.
Our capability to perform milling and boring has improved with the purchase of new HAAS VF-2 4 axis milling machine, Knee Mill and replacement Jig Bores both with DRO controls for accuracy and repeatability.
Our latest capability improvement has seen the addition of a humidifier and vacuum to allow us to perform rubber repairs.
