With the need to pivot our business as a result in the impact to the civil aerospace market, Volo Aero MRO has started to overhaul the CFM56-3 LPT disks stages 1 through 4. This legacy product is still a bright spot in the MRO market due to its importance in the cargo market.
The processes required for these overhauls are very similar to the process we already perform for our T56 customers on turbine disks and spacers.
