As a result of the increased demand from the cargo market for PW4000 engine overhauls, Volo Aero MRO is continuing the support of the overhaul on the HPT Blade airseal segments. Providing an alternative option to the market instead of using the OEM for repairs or PMA replacement parts, Volo Aero MRO is able to offer a cost effective alternative using manual repairs, with 28 day turn times.
As this repair is completed 100% internally we have strong control on both turn times and quality of the repair. In addition to the repairs provided to our customers on these parts we are also able to offer scrap replacement (100% yield programs) as well as USM outright sales.
